Mini Box keeps freezing when first switching on tv. Cant use cstchup or download on same box

Keeps freezing when tv first switched on.  Then loses connection to main box.  Then it comes back.  Getting frustrating, we even have a booster since the hub was changed but service is worse.  

Also can't use catch up or dowload it tells me to upgrade subscription but I have multi room,

Any suggestions please?

Who is your broadband supplier?

Also what WiFi booster do you have and where exactly is it located in relation to your Q box, minis and router

Sky are the provider.  The hub is in the lounge near the main q box. The booster is in the room next door to the bedroom which is above the lounge and another booster underneath the bedroom in the dining room where sky put it.   All walls are brick.  Its the max hub - white one.
