Message saying please insert correct viewing card and I can’t watch sky channels

Hi I am unable to watch Sky channels as even tho my account is fine and I have not changed anyway, a message appears stating 'pLease insert correct viewing card'

Hi @MikeNoble   Viewing cards, like all electronic equipment, do develop faults. I take it you have tried cleaning it and ensuring it is seated properly. A box power reboot couldn't hurt.
