Main sky q box is frozen - tried powering off and on but now all I get is HDMI12 on TV.

Main sky q box frozen - was watching a recorded programme when screen froze. Tried all the obvious fixes including powering off and on. All I get now is HDMI2 on the TV. I can change power light on sky q box from red to green but nothing happens.

Hi @Waffy53 

First try rebooting your Television .

Then

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
