Main sky box is at least 4 years old and Is being rebooted multiple times as the screen freezes

For the past 2 weeks our main sky box has been freezing on a daily basis and the only way to get it working is to reboot. How do we get a replacement sky box because it's placed behind a media wall and difficult to reboot

@Lukey1  You need to report the issue to sky by contacting them directly if they can't help fix it they will arrange a new box

And if Sky arrange what's called a 'doorstep box swap' remember to remove your viewing card before the DPD courier takes the faulty box away.
