Our Main Sky Q box
Won't display recordings but TV guide and App channels are OK
When you switch on the display states:
Hard Disk error' There is a problem with your Hard Disk Drive. Try restarting your Sky Q box.
Two mini boxes
No Satellite signal and won't display the TV guide but network App channels OK.
Settings show ticks next to 'Connection to Sky Q box' and 'Network connection'
Tried restarting with no success.
Have searched for Hard Disk faults on here but couldn't find anything.
Can we get our Hard Disk Drive on our main Sky Q box repaired?
Thank you
Helen

Sky won't repair a faulty box. They would replace it which would mean you'd lose your recordings. If Sky arrange a 'doorstep box swap' remember to take the viewing card out of the faulty box.
