Main Sky Q box is not working. Will not switch on from red standby light to green.

Main room Sky Q box not working. Showing red standby light and will not switch to green "on" light. I've carried out the usual troubleshooting measures such as switching off at plug socket and re-booting and cleaning viewing card but to no avail

I had this recently, engineer came out and replaced the Sky Q box.
