MR204 and MR104 Sky Q Mini box error
I am having a nightmare getting my mini box connected to my main box. I have previously had a mini box so I am aware of the usual fixes, however this box is located in a different room in the house. Is it possible that we now need a booster? I have tried rebooting non sky router, main box and then mini box on a number of occasions but no success. The mini box has connected but then drops out or is just so slow that it's not possible to use it. Thanks in advance,

Hi @Ca1267
Have you carried out a Network reset on the mini?
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
Failing all of the above then you may need a Sky Q WiFi Booster to position midway between your main Q box and the mini and you will need to contact Sky directly.

Yes I have done the mini box reset a couple of times but no luck. I think the booster is possibly the solution. Thanks for replying.
