Loud fan noise in sky q box

I have had the my skyq box since February of this year and the fan inside the box makes a very loud noise is there anyway in rectifying this ?

Ring Sky and ask for a replacement box or you can order one here:

If Sky agree to a box swap and you arrange a doorstep swap (where a courier delivers your new box and takes your noisy one away - and you self install), don't forget to take your viewing card out of the faulty box.
