Lots of issues and messages

Hi, I have had lots of issues and different messages on my Sky Q box this week including technical fault, recorded programs not being available and issues with the hard drive.  I have rebooted the box on numerous occasions over the weekend including following Skys instructions to reset both settings and hard drive.  Everything was fine over the last two days bar a rewind and fast forward glitch but again I am unable to watch and recordings and I am currently looking at a frozen screen.  Any help please?
