stange one - we often get the DD sound not working rather then none DD content.
you may have done but first thing to try is a full power down (unplug or switch off at mains) of all kit involved (SKY Q, TV and Sound bar or AV)
if that doesn't work may I suggest trying toggllng the sound output from DD (or DD+) to Normal - exit & see if you loose all sound or not & then go back in & toggle back to DD (or DD+)
BTW you don't mention what you are listening via - is it just your TV or a Sound bar or AV amp & how are they connected ?
