Like a lot of others we lost our Sky signal last weekend-Sky Q. It appears to have been fine this week but now we have lost some channels with the screen instead displaying 'No satellite signal ". Have full internet connection..

Hi @Adnam
This is more likely to be related to satellite dish misalignment rather then the current issues.
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
