I have returned the sky q box and the 2nd box in the post in Dec when you sent the returns box, you arectelling me it has not been returned, I can't find the receipt you asked me to go to the post office they said they can't give me evidence which you said they could.
Have you not got a tracking number on the prepaid label that you can trace through your end.
You are charging me for these lost items I have been a loyal customer for over 21 yrs.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.
I think you're correct in that the Post Office cannot give retrospective proof of posting or copies.
Unipart are the company that deal with the returns. Before Christmas returns were taking 2+ weeks to be processed at their warehouse. If you had the proof it’s a fairly straightforward process for Sky. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. We have limited ability today to escalate your post to Sky so give Sky another call and see what they say.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.

I'm currently having the same issue as you, online chat is saying they have received the broadband hub but not the sky Q mini box even though they were packed in the one box. They are now saying I will be charged £52. I sent my items back on the 29th of decemeber and recieved a text message from sky a week layer saying thank you for returning your items. That's why I no longer have the receipt.

In theory the Broadband hub should have gone in one box and the mini box in the other. The return packaging is sent out near the end of your notice period (14 days for hub - 31 days for mini box).

I only received the one box to return the equipment, and within that box were different compartments for each items to be sent back. I've now been told that my package is still in transit and not to worry about any other emails as these email's are automated emails.
Live chat was able to track my package from the prepaid shipping label.
