Lost multiroom and Apps after change to subscription.

I have been a sky TV subscriber for 24years currently have sky q and multiroom room. On the 22nd Dec I contacted sky regarding the cost of the package and the upshot was a reduction in price same, package minus the kids package great I thought until an hour later I discovered that I no longer had Apps or access to multiroom. Since then four hours on the phone with 4 engineers rebooting the system, refreshing the Apps resetting everything on the box so many times I could do this in my sleep. Engineers visit  with viewing card replaced, new box tried multi room cancelled and reinstated and still not resolved. The current situation is the engineers have no idea what the fault is and only option is CRF ref to a mystery back room who I am told has accepted the ref but apparently will have no contact with me or the engineer so I am left completely in the dark with what is happening, waiting for them to tell the engineer it has or has not been resolved in their time what great customer service. Sorry for the length of the post but at my wits end and would appreciate any help with this.

@summerray12 Im having exactly the same problem with my Apps and Multiroom.

 

Was your issue ever solved? 

Subscriber since 1992, and ongoing.......
