Lost internet connection on Sky Q

Have lost Internet connection on main TV and via mini Q box. Have reset multiple times over past few days but it won't accept password despite it definitely being entered correctly. Can still get Sky on main TV but lost it on other TV upstairs via mini box. Can you help please?

Hi @BarTug Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?

Many Thanks for your advice.

I disconnected and reconnected  BT router as you suggested and pleased to say it worked. So all's well again👍🎈
