Lost broadnand connection to Q box

My Q box lost broadband connection a few weeks ago but connected itself a couple of days later. I've tried everything suggested, I've managed to use the mobile data on my phone via a hotspot to connect the box with no issues, however, no matter how many times I've tried it will not connect, I've tried turning both devices off and on, using the wps button and the router password, but nothing works, it also states on the Q box that the password is incorrect but my phone works straight away with forgetting the router password and re-entering it. Not holding a lot of hope of getting this sorted with the forum, but worth a try?

Forgot to state that the broadband connection was fine since I first lost connection and reconnected itself a couple of days later until yestetday and can't do anything with it, apart from using my small amount of mobile data allowance on my phone and why would I want to use this when the broadband is running all other devices within my house
