Lost all recordings due to a hard drive reset. How do I restore my recordings

Lost all recordings due to hard drive reset on my skyQ box, received a new box due to faulty hard drive, how do I restore my recordings.

Hi @Welderkev   Your recordings are lost, they were only stored on the hard drive. However you can retrieve purchases, Home -> Recordings-> Purchases. You may find some on catchup and on demand.
