Lost Sky Cinema subscription on TV

I've had Sky Cinema for a couple of months with no problems but today I cannot view any Cinema channels - says I have to upgrade to watch!

 

Checked my account online and it says I have the Cinema package. (Also have UHD). Have tried unplugging everything but no change.

 

Any ideas please?

Well it took over 30 minutes on the phone to Sky to resolve the issue but all ok now!

 

I have to say that Evie, the lady in the Glasgow call centre, was excellent as the issue with my account and settings turned out to be quite complicated.

 

Rarely do I praise anyone at the end of a helpline but it shows you can be lucky sometimes ðŸ˜Š
