Loss of sound in tv from main Qbox

Turned on tv and all ok. TV was pdd as used and when taken off pause there is now no sound

Turned on TV all ok. Paused tv and when taken off pause the sound is now not working??

@Worzel65 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
