Loss of signal and unable to record since the heavy wind at the weekend

Hello,

SInce the strong winds at the weekend we have been unable to watch anything or record. The box itself seems fine as we are able to watch previously recorded shows and access online services such as netflix and iplayer through the box, but there are no terrestrial channels.

@sean105 You will have to call Sky to book an installer visit to check the dish, there may be a delay in that visit due to the storm causing lots of people issues, your other option is to look at using a local independant installer but obviously that would incur a cost to you.

Hi @sean105

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
