Loss of service

I had tv essentials and upgraded on Wednesday to signature and sky sports but I no longer have access to my home page, recordings, apps

@Lee2775  Have you tried a box reboot by unplugging at the wall for a few seconds?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
