I have channels on the blue screen with message claiming an issue with signal. On other channels the picture is very pixelated. On The Netflix app i5 suffers with buffering. Sky engineer can't come for 3 weeks. Tried to contact sky direct but sadly that isn't easy neither.

App issues are unrelated to the dish: that's a broadband thing.
