Loss of picture and pixelated on other channels

I have channels on the blue screen with message claiming an issue with signal. On other channels the picture is very pixelated. On The Netflix app i5 suffers with buffering. Sky engineer can't come for 3 weeks. Tried to contact sky direct but sadly that isn't easy neither.

If it's a dish alignment issue then you either wait for Sky or pay an independent installer. 

App issues are unrelated to the dish: that's a broadband thing.
