Loss of Q Box and card

We went away for Christmas and New Year and took our Q Box and card.

When we arrived at our destination we could not find the Q Box and card.

We thought we had left here at home but we arrived back today and it is not here.

Please can you supply me a new Q Box and card.

I will pay any penalties.

Why did you take your Sky box on holiday? Sky TV equipment must only be used at the account address as per the T's and C's you agreed to. 

 

Sounds like you've had a burglary or theft which you must report to the police.

No it sounds like it was somehow lost in transit. I think??

 

Expect it will incur a replacement fee but I think this will need a phone call to Sky.

@JKZ1 as you have lost your box Sky will charge you to replace the box as all equipment is loaned to you.

You may be able to claim off your house insurance but they may turn the claim down as @Daniel0210 says your box and card should only be used at the address it it registered to
