Loss of ITV channels

Since early October.all the ITV channels are unable to be accessed on my SKY Q box here in Ireland. I have tried re-setting the parameters as displayed on internet but nothing works.How can I get them back?

Make sure you delete any existing stored channels

Then use the following link for the paramaters (which may be the ones you have tried)

Most ITV channels changed transponders recently, viewers in Ireland will need to retune. 

Delete the old channels first then manually tune in to:

ITV1/UTV - 11386 V 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITV2 - 11386 H 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITV3 - 11344 H 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITV4 - 11386 V 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITVBe - 11386 V 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK

After doing that still says NO CHANNELS FOUND.

You've posted on the Sky+ AND Sky Q boards so which service do you have?
