Loss of BBC hd on Qbox..still on Sky Go..why? I still have BBC1 and ITV1..no others

 On new Q box ( 2 years old) I have lost all BBC And ITV except BBC1 and ITV 1

They are all still available on Sky Go....why is this and how donI get them back,
all other HD channels are fine.
