Losing picture and channels

Hi probably a dumb question but we're having issues with intermittent receiving channels and loss of picture. We have fibre and wifi connection to Q box and 2 minis and nothing is plugged into our sky dish. Do we still need a clear line of sgnal going to dish? Thank you for reading.

Hi @Julie+Aspinall 

What do you mean nothing is plugged into your Sky dish?

If you have Sky Q you need your main Q box connected to the dish for it to continue to function.
