Losing connection to mini box and phone
I have 3 mini boxes, 2 upstairs one downstairs and a main Sky q box. In one room upstairs the connectivity is disrupted quite a few times, I'm also losing the Internet connection on my Mobile, I've done all the reboots and resets, however I really should not have to keep doing this practically every night. Any suggestions apart from rebooting and resetting. Apparently I also have an inbuilt booster but it's not doing much boosting ??

Hi, It might be one of a few problems. What is your download speed for your broadband? Are you trying to watch all 3 mini boxes and the main box at the same time? You can only view 2 mini boxes and the main box at the same time. Each internet capable item you are using is reducing the bandwidth

@debsnlee who is your broadband provider ?

I don't know what an in-built booster is but it sounds like the wifi signal is bery weak if your phone is giving up too.
as Laing says above, which ISP you are on changes the advice...
