My main sky q box died last Saturday. I couldn't speak to anyone and carried out all the checks. System told me to order a new box and delivery should be 3 working days. Being told online it will be next Saturday 26th and feel this is excessive. Thoughts?

Delivery will you probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (usually DPD in the UK) deliver a new box and take your pre-disconnected faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van. Also accept the power cable the courier brings in case it's a different fitting to the one you have.
Delay may be down to DPD. As fellow customers we won't really know.

Once you're up and running call Sky and ask for a credit for the period you couldn't use it...
