Locked out of Amaxon prime app

someone has locked the Amazon prime app on my box, this person no longer lives with us and I would like to have access to my own amazon account. 

I can't do this as they are the primary user and have locked the app so I can't change to my account. I have my own subscription that I would like to use. 

Is it possible to reset the app so that I can access my account, otherwise this person has is just preventing me from using it.

Hi @SOSO28   

 

One way would be to Reset your box. This would have no impact on your recording or scheduled recordings but it will un-pair your Remote and delete your Favourite channels (I normally take images first). After the reset you would have to log in to all of the Apps including Prime.

 

It may be worth waiting to see if there are any simpler ways from other users. If you decide to Reset, come back here if you need instructions.
