Local news is still for Wales even though im in England

I cant find out how to change my local news and channel 4 from Wales to huntingdon.   Very frustrating.  I am 59 and technically challenged.....please help.

You can't change anything to set this - it is set by SKY  according to your postcode.

If you think it is wrong you will need to call SKY
