I'm a SkyQ customer with Sky Sports as part of my subscription. However for the last couple of months, I cannot watch any live sports on my Sky Sports app. I have been around the houses with the help option. I have a SkyID and when I try the link account option it just takes me to my account page with name, email and password options!
