I'm having a problem activating my lionsgate+ supscription and discovery+ subscription keep getting an error message everytime I scan the qr code . Can't get a decent answer from the chat bot , been going on for weeks . Please can someone help I'm at a loss

Same issue going round in circles trying to log in to Lionsgate+, clearly an issue with Sky, come on stop annoying your customers & solve the issue.

Thats wgat happened to me. To combat this i have cancelled my 7 day subscription which still allows me to watch for 7 days. The phone operator said he has made notes on my account so if after the 7 days it doesnt automatically revert to 3 months to call them back. On My Sky Q box it says auto-renews 29th october.

I am stuck on the card details page, just give me an error and says to try again. I've tried about 10 times. Sky said I need to phone Lionsgate?!

I did finally get to add my card details to Market place and thought I'd cracked it but got to the next stage only for it to error again. Phoned Sky and they hadn't got a clue. Said there should be a box to accept t&c but there isn't. I've given up with it and will give up with Sky in Feb when the contract ends .

In case you missed my earlier post, maybe you could try the below sequence which worked for me...

 

Log out your existing account at lions gate plus website.

 

Then on web browser manually input:

 

www.Sky.com/lionsgateplus-activate

 

once logged in on the sky website it will redirect you to lionsgate plus website,  from there you choose login with your existing lionsgate credentials.

 

Then you should be able to open Lionsgate+ app on Sky Q.

I don't have a Lionsgate account and Sky said not to create one without going through the QR code ...which I can't get cos it's errors out before then. So I am at a loss..

Doesn't work I've tried this keep getting you've tried to access the page to quickly. Won't pass the payment screen on sky glass myskyerror_2408 very frustrating if your allowed a trial that won't work

If I cancel the Lionsgate subscription now, will it still work until the end of the 3 month trial period?

On Monday evening (31/07/23) I Was told by sky service person on FB messenger that there was an issue with sky market place at weekend but it was fixed now so to reboot sky box and try again - I tried it today-  this didn't work. I also did a software update -- this didn't work either . Will get get in touch with sky service team again tomorow 🙄

They clearly have. Major payment issue going on - lasting 4 days ! They should just allow the 3 month trial without payment details having to be entered  .madness!!!

@Adam-93  I'm hoping this is the case. I cancelled on the Lionsgate app but Sky Q is showing active until 29th Oct. I'll only find out after the 5th Aug when the 7 days is up. I hope it still works but I didn't feel confident that Lionsgate wouldn't take the £5.99 sub. I think it's all a bit of a shambles really.
