I've read all the comments and I'm still struggling to get this to work.

I've been getting the error code after entering my card details. I can't progress any further.

I've checked on my account and it doesn't show that I've set anything up.

I tried to phone earlier to get help but the lines were closed for "essential training". This forum also seems to have been down as well.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

We tried using my wife's Monzo (MasterCard) debit card rather than my Nationwide (Visa) credit card and it worked. I don't know if this was coincidence or if one of those variables (person, card type, card issuer) made the differentlce, but my three month trial is now working. Maybe this will help someone else.

@Adam-93   As suspected I have lost access to Lionsgate even though it is showing as active on my Sky box. Complete farce but will learn to live without it!  I think Sky need to make their offers easier to access

Thanks I tried this but Visa debit didn't work for me . Come on sky I see you have offered to help some users ... tell us a fix to this payment set up issue now- it's been a week - should be fixed by now - appalling tech service

Clearly its an issue with sky using visa cards as payment options as ppl with Mastercard seem fine! I only have visas

I've tried both and neither worked. Apparently when I spoke to the help desk last week - they had no issues logged! No answers yet from them but I'm expecting an update from them tomorrow

How do you cancel it? Mine just says processing but I'm really really not bothered at all by it
