Sky were useless and could not help me so I emailed lionsgate directly. Didn't appear to get any response, however logged on to here as I got an email notification and I clicked on the link somebody posted to activate and logged into lionsgate and it all sorted itself out. Trial finally sorted

I have SKY Q and for several weeks I keep getting an error 'we'll be back soon. Something went wrong but we're working on this.  Please try again later.  MYSKY_2998 and I cannot progress any further.  This is a constant issue with SKY VIP offers.

Hello. I activated the Lionsgate offer but when I click the link to activate it takes me to the Lionsgate app and tells me I need to renew my subscription. I must've had a trial in the past. How can I activate the three months free please? Emailed Lionsgate and got nothing.

The 3 month offer has expired. It was only available to register between 28th July - 27th August:

I registered this in time on 27th August and have the confirmation email from Sky. I emailed Lionsgate on that day with no reply which is why I am now trying to see if anyone can help

I think your out of luck as I believe you had to activate the trial by the 27th August
