Linked SkyQ account no longer being recognised by Paramount+

I have had a SkyQ + mini box for over a year and got my Paramount+ account set up not long after installation...all worked fine.

 

Now the Paramount app is forcing me to sign in.

 

My Sky and the QR code thing that now comes up when I try to get onto it say my account is linked and I should have no problems. However, Paramount app keeps taking me to a sign in page and does it does not recognise my email/password, nor does it send an email password reset....have seen others with similar posts, but no real solution shown...

Hi 

I am experiencing the exact same thing and I did telephone Sky ten minutes ago and the guy wasn't very useful, he just said I might need to re register? I am going to phone Sky back again as this did happen once before to me about three months ago and whoever I spoke to then, they sorted it out within a matter of five minutes! I hope you get up and running with your Paramount+ app real soon!

Hi

 

Yes I still need assistance for this. Unfortunately family members had a go after me and may have switched the linked email now!? The new email says it is linked when signed into Sky website, but as yet the Paramount+ is still not working...apparently the the Paramount registration told them to wait for 24hours....still not working though...argghh

I have same problem.   On Main SkyQ can log in with no problem.   On SkyQ Mini it takes me to the page, asks for Login and then asks me to subscribe, does not recognise the Sky account ?
