Link original netflix account to Sky

Hi,

I am currently paying for a Netflix account but now have SKY HD PACK, which includes Netflix Standard.

How do in link my original netflix account to Sky, so i can then cancel the netflix subscription,

You need the Ultimate TV pack to get Netflix, not the HD pack. 

If you have Ultimate TV listed in your subscription then all you have to do is open the Netflix app on your Q box and log in using your current Netflix account username and password. This will automatically switch the billing to Sky - you do not need to cancel your existing Netflix subscription.

I definetly have NetFlix Standard as it shows when i click on 
Your Products>the i icon next to SKY HD> and it shows NETFLIX STANDARD next to ENTERTAINMENT HD and DOC and SPORTS HD.

 

I signed out of Netflix and had the option to setup and new user or already a member
Logged in with my netflix accout but nothing happens.

 

I think i need to speak to SKY but it's impossible to speak to anyone

If you've logged in with your existing Netlix account details then that should be all you need to do.

To check if it's worked, go to the Netflix website and login. Go the Account settings page and it should say 'Included in your Sky Package' beside the billing details. If it doesn't then you'll need to ring Sky and see if they can sort it for you.

@bigfatdavey can you take a picture of what packages you have as you should have either the utimate pack or if on the older package ultimate on demand for netflix

@bigfatdavey from that picture I don't see the ultimate pack or anything that says you have Netflix included in your package from Sky so as @SlenderRobert you would need to take out the ultimate pack which does include netflix.

You say in your original post that you do pay for netflix do you currently pay Netflix for your subscription ?
