Leaving Sky do I need to unlink Netflix Paramount Discovery

I am cancelling my Sky account as I no longer need Sky for the next couple of years.

Is there anything I need to do regarding my Netrlix, Paramount and/or Discovery+ accounts before the service is terminated, or will this be unlinked automatically when the service is terminated (or at least can be sorted out later)?
