Leaving SKY, SKY box

Hello, We are considering leaving SKY, we have been having issues with our SKY box, it's is very slow and doesn't connect or stalls or just doesn't connect at all...we have re-booted but still have the same issues...please advise.

Have you reported this to Sky because if they believe it is faulty they might arrange a doorstop exchange for another one.

If they do agree a doorstep swap remember to remove your viewing card before the faulty box disappears into the back of a van.
