hi @shinyf1

I can't remember all the steps in that link so not sure if this one is mentioned

With so many channels & from a quick look at the frequencies it makes me think that one of the cables is damaged or not properly connected. The 2 different cables carry the different Polarity signals

The SKY Q signal strength indicator can be quite misleading as it does not show the status of the channel you are watching but the status of  a test transponder which is on a  vertical transponder - most of the channels I looked at from your list are Horizontally polarised

Thus look at both connectors and if possible check that none of the fine strands of the outer sheath braiding are in contact with the central core wire - also check that the central core wire is just slightly protruding from the connector. Then reseat the connectors if all is OK

If you still have problems, as I mention the link I provided should lead you to a link to book an engineer

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

Own dish, signal strength 70 and signal quality 90, plus perfect weather. Just done a software update on the box and made no difference. Very frustrating

But clearly a local issue, because no-one else is reporting anything similar.

@shinyf1  I agree with @nigea99  the channels you mention are all Horizontally Polarised which would suggets a cable or LNB issue

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
