Hi all,
We had LIT fibre 500 installed last week and ever since, our Q box, but nothing else, continually disconnects and needs resetting. This is despite the connection being 20 times faster than our previous Sky broadband.
We have it connected through a TP Link deco mesh.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Can you connect via Ethernet?

Hi. I have tried connecting via Ethernet to the deco, but it won't find the connection for some reason.
Why on earth doesn't it connect to mesh systems?

I will
try Ethernet again, but that seems so old fashioned.

When you plugged into the deco, did you do a full network reset and start again configuring it to use ethernet?

No. Just tried finding a wired connection in the sky q box setup. It wouldn't find anything.

Hi,
Did you manage to get this to work.
Lit Fibre was installed for myself and a lot of others in my areas at the end of last year.
Internet works fine on all devices but the sky q box keeps disconnecting and we have to reset the WiFi and re-enter the password etc.
I just tried to reconnect it and now I have a a message saying no networks found!
Sky came and installed a new sky q box last week and it's made very little difference!
Any help or advice would be great, Sky did not seem to have a clue when I spoke to them...
