We've been having issues with signal dropping out on our LG C2 tv when watching TV through the Sky Q 2TB box.
Got a lot more frequent recently even though I had a Sky engineer out yesterday who checked our dish and renewed our Sky Q box.
Raised the issue now with LG and will be getting an engineer visit from them soon but just wondering if anyone has had the same issues and any recommendations on fixing the issues please?
Ive renewed all my hdmi cables with high speed 8K cables and the Sky Q box was renewed yesterday as I say and the TV software update is up to date.
