Keep losing signal on my sky q box
We opted for the sky q and sky q mini over a year ago and was assured by the technician that we wouldn't lose signal as it runs through internet and not the satellite dish I also have internet with sky so we thought it was all good to go until the past 4-5 days we have been losing signal and pixelated picture I have done all the required checks they ask you to do as it has been a problem in the past with the old set up I pay a substantial amount of money to get quality and yet I am not receiving it this is leaving us with a very sour taste in our mouth and contemplating leaving as I don't think the quality we get is now worth the money

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

I have done this and arranged an engineer I also forgot to add the sky q mini has no problems what so ever
