Keep getting no picture or sound from Sky Q box. Temp fix power cycle.

Have reoccurring intermittent fault. Fix is to power cycle the box but keeps happening a few times a month. Symptoms are you go to use the TV and power everything ( TV, Sky Q box and AV receiver) by pressing the power button on the Sky remote. Normally all is fine. But every so often, you get the AV receiver default screen on tv screen. Switch to another input and all fine. It is just the Sky Q box. Tried pressing buttons for 10 seconds or so but nothing. Have green power light and red recording lit.  Tried doing tests from App but that just sent me here. Could have done with speaking to someone who could log in but this advertised 24x 7 support is not what it should be. Instead, it suggestions trying to get help from everybody else I.e. this Community forum. Tried searching but gave up.
