Yes

As soon as the tv is turned on the message pops up, we can connect other devices through the broadband router mobiles, laptop, I think the problem started about a week ago when we went on holiday for a week and inadvertently switched off the sky Q box at the mains, it was connecting perfectly to the router before we did this.

Re: Keep getting message on tv saying “it looks like you do not have internet connection right now”P

I've been getting this for months - I've had a Sky engineer here and he placed a booster between the router and the tv but it hasn't made any difference.  It is now happening on almost a daily basis.  It does reset eventually but I can go through the process of going to settings etc., many times before the connection is successful.  I called a number one evening and a very helpful technican talked me through how to reset and it connected straight away.  Didn't realise that I'd have to re-sign into apps again though so not viable to do this all the time!  Called the number again a few weeks later as I was getting very fed up with it and the operator who answered that time tried to be helpful but didn't know what the first person had done.....

Got a different message a couple of days ago.."Your internet connection is down - we're connected to your broadband and router but there's no internet connection.... except that there clearly was as my phone pc etc all had internet.  Booked for another engineer to come today but just been advised that he won't make it today.....    Would love to know if others are having this issue and if so have they found a way to solve it!  Thanks

Eventually got through to a real person at sky who advised me to try pushing in the wps button on the side of the router and hold it in for five seconds and this actually did the trick!

Hi, Really glad it's worked for you.  I do keep pressing the wps button and eventually, after several attempts it does work but I never know how many times I'll need to go through the process and as I say it's happening daily. Sky coming on Monday so will update if a solution is found.

We're getting this right now, actually. Also, other devices are connected to the router but the actual speed of the internet has gone really slow. Tried unplugging, waiting , plugging back in and still nothing. This did happen a couple of weeks ago and did the WPS thing and it worked. No clue.
