Just upgraded to Hub 5 on Virgin media (wifi6) and now the Sky Q boxes won't stay connected . I keep having to reset the network connection and it will stay connected for about 3 minutes and then loses connection! Sorry if this has already been discussed but I couldn't find it anywhere

Hi @Fergus47 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Hi @Quoman7 thank you, I tried that first but 😤unfortunately!

Hi @PandJ2020 thank you, I have done this but it is now very slow, why do they have the option of 5ghz if it isn't useable?

Connect them wired from sky q to mini box and leave for 30 min. Then pull data cable out and the WiFi should hold as that's what I have to do when connectivity problem comes up
