I don't think DAZN actually care the issue is not working - they now have their money and you are tied in.

 

I sent them an email detailing all the online steps I took for access and images of the confirmation screen at the end. I also sent them an image showin payment on the credit card. I told them DAZN1HD was working within minutes but no online and app access still.

 

I linked them to the pages I went to and the steps I took.

 

There reply was " In order to watch the DAZN 1 HD channel on Sky you simply have to
register in order to get access"

Just signed up to DAZN quite straightforward really waited a few minutes before 429 sprang into action worked on LG via app and webrowser watched on my PC and Firetv Stick Samsung S8+ and Samsung Fold Z3

Well it's been an absolute disaster for me the worst I've ever experienced,

 

if you ever need to avail of Dazn.s customer service well Good Luck with that.

Fair comment @Thinlizzys had to speak to customer services as I wanted to cancel my subscription as I found the website misleading for the £9.99 subscription it stated you could cancel anytime but that wasn't the case if you went to DAZN.com/skyuk 

Save £120.00 £9.99 for 12 months so I went for the £19.99 subscription and cancelled straight away

Got it on the main box don't need it on the mini box as I can connect a Firetvstick when needed.

An update to this in case anyone is still having issues.

Eventually my issue was sorted where the Sky box was working - but the online/app account did not exist.

This has now been resolved for me and I have Sky access as well as Online/app access.

As mine only works on the tv I have no access to the Dazn app.  Long story 😀

I subscribe directly to DAZN [not through sky]

I linked my DAZN account to sky for viewing on 429 which has all been very successful on main sky Q box

All the other TVs [5 in total] are logged in successfully to the DAZN app 

But no luck through sky channel 429 on multiroom sky boxes

@Vlatas+Family chech the DAZN website as I think DAZN charge extra to watch on the mini boxes
