I had the same issue No Dazn online account not recognised,,But works on Sky Channel
I phoned the Dazn (Sky) department over a dozen times,
I emailed them for over a week around 30 times they are a disaster to say the least,
Unfortunately Sky have nothing to do with billing if they did I'd doubt you would have these issues,
Skys response on Twitter:
(You don't pay the DAZN subscription through us, it's directly to them, so we would not have visibility of your payments.Not sure why they directed you to us concerning this as this has made your journey longer.)
Two days ago I received an email: To finish setting up my account,

I registered at dazn.com/skyuk. The login works for me and I've got access on my main SkyQ box but not the minis. Also no app appears anywhere on my sky menu. I got the email (eventually) from DAZN to complete registration but that hasn't changed anything!
I suspect they totally underestimated demand & just haven't got the resource to cope but that's no excuse & I'm pretty certain there won't be any form of refunds!

You have access to Dazn on you're main Sky box
and access to Dazn online,
that's what you paid for,
if you want to watch dazn from Sky mini or extra boxes, You have to pay Dazn for each individual one.

Certainly not what I thought I was paying for and the mini boxes have the same viewing card number, unlike the old multi room or extra boxes with multiple cards. Live and learn though, at least I can watch on my main box - no online viewing access though even though I can log into my account it doesn't let me watch anything....

Hi all, I recently signed up for DAZN on my skybox link for the fight and trying to cancel is a nightmare! DAZN advise calling a 0870 number and they will resolve but at 23p per minute apparently? The chat are saying they can't find my email address so am really struggling. They say they can't do anything? Has anyone had any luck or any advice, it would be much appreciated! Thanks all.

Im still unable to access my DAZN account, as my email address is not recognised.
I went through the chat service on Saturday, waiting to speak to an agent, started off 17 in the queue, got down to number , got down to number 3, only to receive a message saying they were closing. I was able to send a message outlining my problem, I received an email back stating they would respond within 24 hours, im still waiting over 48 hours later!
They are rubbish, Sky with immediate effect should stop promoting DAZN.
they have taken my £21.99, I am going to contact my bank and instruct them not to make any further payments to DAZN.
Life is too short to mess around with them.

I have spent anoother hour and half of my life trying to resolve without success, bounced between DAZN agent on chat and premium rate number at THe ZONe (who are responsible for SKY DAZN subscriptions. I am still unable to access my account on DAZN as my email address is not recognised, and i hac=ve spent a further circa £12 on the phone to the Zone.
I am both furious and frustrated.
So I have sent an email to DAZN customer service, sky customer service and the Zone, setting out issues, requesting termination of subscription with DAZN, cancelling my access to DAZN on sky, and resolving my access to DAZN account (ensure my email address ids recoognised by DAZN).
I have also instructed my bank not to make any further payments to DAZN.
I am not going to waste any furter time or money trying to resolve, a complete and utter shambles.

I did get the comment last night by DAZN CS they they can not see the files that their Sky team have.
I said that doesn't matter as long as the registrations in both are the same.
Would not progress issue of "My Account has not registered" until "My account is Registered"!

Great call, I will inform my bank to block any future payments to DAZN. There won't be any repurcussions with this will they? It's not like I signed a binding contract or anything but don't want any aftermath that's all!

My advice would be to send DAzN and Sky customer service an email to confirm you have made all reasonable efforts to access your DAzN account, and the non access issue has not been resolved, therefore the only option left open to you is to stop all future card payments to DAZN
we should also be mindful that we have this forums record of the actions we have taken, all the efforts we have made, and why we took the action we did.

I subscribed for DAZN and it didn't work on my 2 mini boxes. This is because you have to pay an extra £7 a month to use it on other devices (multibox). I found out the hard way. Also the bill is supposed to go on my sky bill yet they've taken it out of my bank.
