Just joined Sky broadband. Its running slow when my son is on his xbox. I can't download anything from sky as I keep getting a message there is a technical issue try later. Tried to call sky but was sent a text message which has put me here

Dis sky Q downloads work before yiu changed ISP?

Can you check the Ip addresses on the xbox and sky q box haven't somehow been set the same?

Do you mean everything (phones etc) get slow internet access when the xbox is on?

Is it doing some massive game update download?
