You say Sky went off but what do you mean by that?
Has the box stopped working?
Are you getting any error messages?
Have you looked to see if your dish has moved or come loose?

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish (it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye).
