I have just had sky q instead yesterday sky cinema and Disney are included in my package but I can't access them on my tv sky cinema says I need to upgrade yet I can watch it on my sky go on my phone

Hi @Sarah1352 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
