Just had a new sky q box installed with Samsung TV. I get intermittent split second audio drop outs.

we have just had a sky q box installed with a Samsung TV. We now have intermittent split second audio drops. We have updated the firmware on the TV but still have the problem.

I am having the same issues since installing a new Samsung TV this week. Did you manage to find a solution to the problem? @Kel1
